Pemphigus

Physalis is a chronic skin autoimmune disease. Its main symptom is the occurrence of erosions and blisters with a flaccid lid. Lesions can occur in any location. They can also affect the oral or genital mucosa. In some cases, the only manifestation of the disease are chronically persistent (more than a few weeks) erosion of the mucous membrane. Treatment of pemphigus is chronic and is based on immunosuppressive drugs in tablets or biological medicines (rituximab).
